Working with Password Reset Roles

Password Reset roles define each person's role within the organization by combining information about the person's location, department, and position.

To list, add, or delete Password Reset roles, select 19. Other Definitions from thePassword Reset Main Menu. The Password Reset - Definitions screen appears.

To work with Password Reset locations, type the number 11 on the command line then press Enter. The Work with Locations screen (shown in Working with Locations) appears.

To work with Password Reset departments, type the number 12 on the command line then press Enter. The Work with Departments screen (shown in Working with Departments) appears.

To work with Password Reset positions, type the number 13 on the command line then press Enter. The Work with Positions (shown in Working with Positions) appears.
